Jason Herin



Jason Herin is the Owner of CBS. Before joining CBS in 2012, Jason was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for HD Supply’s (formerly Home Depot Supply) Power Solutions division, where he managed a $1.4B revenue portfolio across the United States in both Utility and Electrical market segments. Over his career, Jason has had a variety of tactical and strategic management roles for two other Fortune 500 companies, Westinghouse Electric Supply Company (“WESCO”) and ABB. Jason has diverse business management skills including Sales, Operations, Finance, Talent and Performance Management. He currently resides in Houston Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.


Elizabeth Loge

Chief Executive Officer

Elizabeth has over 18 years of experience in the field of Commercial and Industrial construction rental market. She joined CBS Rentals in 2014 and has served in multiple senior management positions within various business units including credit, process improvements, fleet management and operations. She is a dynamic executive spearheading improvements and procedural changes resulting in streamlined workflows and maximizing company productivity. Prior to joining CBS Rentals she has held positions at Jet stream subsidiary of Federal Signal Corp, Briggs Equipment and various other construction rental equipment firms.



Chad Crockett   


Vice President of Sales

Chad has over 5 years of experience in commercial construction rentals. He joined Team CBS in the Spring of 2017 as an Outside Sales Representative in our Austin market before being promoted to Regional Sales Manager for Central and South TX. In October of 2017 Chad was given the opportunity to join the executive team as VP of Sales. Chad was very influential in CBS Rentals' decision to expand their fleet selection into large dirt and heavy compaction, as well as bringing on key accounts in the Central and North Texas markets. His ability to lead and develop young sales talent have been a major factor in CBS Rentals' success. Prior to joining CBS Rentals he was a top performer for We-Rent-It. As VP of Sales, Chad is accountable for all rental and sales revenue and is part of the executive management team.



Matthew Dacus   


Vice President of Operations

Matthew has over 18 years of experience in the field of commercial, oilfield and industrial rentals. He joined Team CBS in 2014 and has served multiple roles including Branch Manager, District Operations Manager, District Sales Manager and Corporate Fleet Manager. Prior to joining CBS Rentals he has held positions with United Rentals and National Pump & Compressor in various roles throughout those companies.
